Perhaps I findout why

Today I built the toolchain on a real computer(my old notebook) not
vmware.I built the ext2fs.static and test it on Debian Hurd,it works!
Then I test it on the hurd livecd. It just reboot.I know I forget one
thing the hurd livecd's glibc version is 2.3.5 it doesn't support tls!
But the debian one's is 2.6.1! But why the ext2fs.static built on
vmware doesn't work? The Debian Hurd can run on vmware well.
Now I'm building the rest parts of my self compiled hurd.If it can
boot and everything works well,I'm going to make a new hurd livecd.
