Details:

This patch fixes a bug in vm_page_grab_contiguous_pages, which fails to
maintain the free vm page queue correctly.
vm_page_grab_contiguous_pages isn't used by the current gnumach. but I need
this function to allocate contiguous physical pages for DMA buffers which are
required by user-level drivers.
