Yes.  If it is a special-case picture you want to refer to (like this one
is), then please put it like this into the repository: `[page it's to
appear on]/picture', that is, for use on hurd/status.mdwn:
hurd/status/picture.png.  Then use the img directive,
<http://ikiwiki.info/ikiwiki/directive/img/>, to embed it like this:
``[[!img picture.png]]''.
