Correct.  We'd have to configure this directly in the Apache
configuration, and that would be a bit over the top, I think.

Or, to avoid duplication of the content, do it the way I suggested on
<http://ikiwiki.info/users/tschwinge/>, ``[[!meta redir]] -- tell what's
going on'':

    Add functionality that a text like *this page's content has moved to
    [new page]; in a few seconds you'll be redirected thither* is
    displayed on every page that uses [[!meta redir]].

This isn't difficult to implement.
