Sure. Just push your branch to the user-level_pcnet32 in the incubator
repository.

To make that safe and simple, I suggest to rename the branch in your
repository accordingly

   git checkout -b user-level_pcnet32

and add the incubator repository as the "origin"

   git remote add origin git://git.sv.gnu.org/hurd/incubator.git
