Concerning MIG, it hasn't changed since quite a long time, so it's
probably useless. Concerning Mach and Hurd, you will need to keep it up
to date for the case where we add RPCs which are used by the glibc. But
apart from that, I don't think it is worth trying to cross-compile them.
