GSoC IRC meetings, dammit!

Hi,

So, we had three GSoC IRC meetings so far. At the first two, one student
was absent; and at the third one, another was missing... Neither doing
as much as giving notice of the absence.

The community bonding period is almost over, and still basic things
aren't sorted out for the beginning of the summer session :-(

I must admit that this is getting rather frustrating... What's wrong? Is
the time slot not good after all? Please speak up!
