Hi,

I just realized that I couldn’t remember stuff which translators can do which
FUSE can’t.

What additional usecases do translators provide by offering more than
filesystem
operations?

This isn’t meant as attack or similar. I just found myself bedazzled at the
realization that I don’t really know what advanced stuff a translator can do.

Maybe I think too much in terms of what I can already do, so if you have some
usecases, please tell me!

Best wishes,
Arne
