Err... Why would anyone chose not to install it in the MBR of the qemu
image?

While any missing/outdated information should clearly be fixed in these
pages, I think it becomes pretty clear that expecting a user to extract
all necessary information from these various pages, and finding the
right intersection, is not a good idea, and thus the combined guide is
still useful.
