Arne, Olaf, as I understand it, you're not yet on the same page about how
this text should be written. (I can't really spend time on it right
now.) But, I'd like to publish this on Monday evening (our time) for two
reasons: proximity of time, and because I'm leaving for vacations on
Tuesday, and will not be reliably available in the next weeks.
