[PATCH gnumach 14/16] Correct MiG Mach types to fix compilation warnings |

* include/mach/mach_types.defs (thread_info_t): Change from array of
natural_t to integer_t.
(task_info_t): Likewise.
(host_info_t): Likewise.
(processor_info_t): Likewise.
(processor_set_info_t): Likewise.
