GNU locales, see bug #667662. For the gnat-4.6 build add the hurd-fixes
patch for gcc-4.6.3, it fails according to the build log. And when
issuing patches I would appreciate my name mentioned in the changelog.
The tough part was the cross-compile, not the bootstrapping from an
already working set of gnat debs. 

BTW: I think I have now a fully modified s-osinte-gnu.ads ready. send to
the debian-hurd list for review? Still working on the segfault issue,
maybe more hands would be needed.
