Yes, hurd.texi should be a good place to put this stuff in, that's what
I had in mind.

BTW: I can now create man pages from texi files, and plan to create a
package named texi2man. I've announced this before, but have not
obtained any replies so far. I need a sponsor for uploading the Debian
package when ready.
