[PATCHES] small autoconf build updates

Hi,

the two attached commits do two small updates for the build system of 
hurd:
- rename configure.in to configure.ac, as newer autoconf version won't 
support that naming anymore
- update config.{guess,sub} from the config.git repository; they should 
cause no issues (in Debian, they are updated automatically during the 
build from the system versions, currently ~1yo, and this so far causes 
no troubles).

Do they look okay? May I push them?
