Thomas, I think all Ada-related Debian packages builds with the patched
gnat-4.6, at least the ones I tested. Maybe there are still some
patch(es) not yet applied due to the Wheezy freeze, I don't remember
right now.

Since I don't know of any testsuite outside Debian do you have links?
Furthermore, gnat-4.8 seem to be around. Has anybody tried to build it
build with the patches for 4.6?
