Installing through SATA, which has LBA48 support.  The limitation then
comes from the driver layer, which is 32bit sector numbers (see the FAQ
about partition size.)

It's working for my laptop and qemu at least. There is just still the
issue of sharing an irq with netdde, which should be solved by "just"
dropping irq disable/enable from netdde.
