I've gathered some notes on
<http://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/faq/sata_disk_drives/discussion.html>,
and per
<http://news.gmane.org/find-root.php?message_id=%3C87d2s3frrw.fsf%40kepler.schwinge.homeip.net%3E>,
the that card installed in my system is not yet supported, and I have not
yet been able to spent the required amount of time for adding such
support (it is not at all urgent, after all).
