Not really, see /etc/init.d/urandom.

So far known locations on Linux distributions are:
- /var/lib/random-seed           (Fedora < F20, RHEL)
- /var/lib/systemd/random-seed   (Fedora F20+, recent systemd)
- /var/lib/urandom/random-seed   (Debian)
- /var/lib/misc/random-seed      (SuSE)

(derivated distros are not included, but can be infered)
