Hi, some questions/thoughts:
1) Can you boot in single-user mode?
2) Did you unstall a gnumach-dbg kernel?
3) Did you install Hurd on a partition?
4) Did you format that partition in the installer?
5) If not, maybe it is corrupt. Can you boot Linux?
6) If so, you can mount and check that partition under linux <= 3.10
