Hi!

As the reversion of this patch is the only change from Debian hurd 0.6-1
to 0.6-2 packages, I assume it's a related issue:

Yesterday, I upgraded to Debian hurd 0.6-1 packages, and upon running
binutils/GDB testsuite (configure, make, make install, make check as
described on
<http://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/open_issues/binutils.html>), at some
point that now errors out with SIGLOST (taking the SSH login session with
it, huh -- probably another problem, similar to
<http://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/open_issues/magic_translator_machtype.html>).
Before now switching to the 0.6-2 packages from incoming.debian.org, I've
been able to reproduce this with the 0.6-1 packages: both times, it was
just a bit after make install, which supposedly causes quite some I/O, so
load on libdiskfs etc., so maybe that's why. (Luckily, there is no
filesystem corruption going along with this.)

Grüße,
 Thomas
