While we generally want to move away from drivers in the kernel, it
might indeed be nice to have a keyboard driver inside it for kdb.  I
don't know how it would interact with a userspace driver if we ever
get one, but that could be figured out later.

The problem with Linux code is the license.  We probably don't want to
add even more GPL2 code to the kernel.
