Okay, but there were comments since the last submission, notably:

We can't commit patches until they are reasonably right. Copy/pasting
the pthread_cond_init prototype is really not. Returning bogus
information for GETLK instead of ENOSYS as well: it'll probably bring a
lot of subtle bugs here and there.
