I guess there was a misunderstanding on IRC :)
We indeed don't want to introduce mig build stuff in
pciutils/pciaccess. But we are fine with using RPCs as they are provided
by libhurduser. So that basically you can just put your libpciclient
code into pciaccess and pciutils.
