*Nobody* did.

I won't spend the time telling you the story behind it, since you don't
even seem to possibly consider that it is not actually a decision, but a
pending TODO.

Stop wasting maintainers' time by calling them names, and actually help
with what you'd like to see done.

Did you read the README file that was *next* to the ISO image? Which ISO
image did you actually download? Don't expect maintainers to magically
fix issues by just handwaving about them.
