Is this support enabled by default? I don't see the CPU enumeration in my VirtualBox VM (later I will repeat the test in real hardware)

Over the years, these were what brought the Hurd from “it crashes within
one hour of compiling” to “it can fully self host and the Hurd website
can run on a Hurd”.
