That wouldn't work because libpciaccess maintainers won't accept such
parameters.
I really believe we can manage to make libpciaccess work out which
way is possible: if the device master port is available and the "mem"
device is available, one can just use it. Otherwise one has to try
/servers/bus/pci.
Similarly for accessing pci: if the "pci" device is available, one can
just use it, and otherwise fallback to /servers/bus/pci.
