I enjoyed reading it a lot and only found a single part to comment:

I would keep this shorter, just noting
"build on hurd-amd64. This is still experimental with [known issues],
but can be tested already."
(linking [known issues] to a page or section of a page which notes the
limitations)
The goal of QotH is to make the improvements in the Hurd visible without
making promises for which we don’t know when they will be kept.
Again: thank you a lot for writing the QotH! Experience shows that it
really makes a difference.
