Just to keep folks who are interested, inetutils right now has lots of
small ideas ideas on how a perfect world should look like, which
happens to be similar to how BSD and GNU look like. As it happens,
Solaris wants to be special. So what I thought would be a single fix,
is lots of small annoying fixes in a bunch of places, which will take
a while to sort out since the machine I got access (Thank you!) to
from Johannes is kinda on the sluggish side.

That is that, now on a semi-related not. Should we fade out the usage
of __progname? Solaris for one doesn't use it. And gnulib has some
kind of hack for it, but it is called `program_name' instead, which
would require a bunch of renaming in all files that use it, not a big
deal, but annoying.

Now back to cursing over Solaris.
