   I have built a few of the inetutils programs under Cygwin and have
   some patches for the makefile, etc.  Would you folks be interested
   in integrating these in your next release?

Sure!  Remeber that the ./configure script, and the Makefile.in are
generated from configure.ac and Makefile.am so the patches should be
against those files.

   There are still problems with missing headers, etc. but I will be
   willing to supply patches for at least some of the issues.

Patches welcome, though if you plan on sending many non-significant
changes then we will need a copyright assignment from you.  Would you
like to sign such an assignment?
