Hi!  Right now there isn't much of a formal process -- please post your
findings to this mailing list, and we can all try to help fix things.
If you don't want to disclose things in public, you can try to reach any
of us privately.  Helping us with a patch speed up the process (but do
sign copyright papers with the FSF first so we can use the patch, if it
isn't a trivial patch).
