Yes - XMLParserChar.java is not a source file - it is generated from
XMLParser.java.in. But the Ant (build.xml) and make scripts handle this.
Unfortuntely, as far I can't tell, Eclipse doesn't really understand this - it
supports Ant, but not what I'd call "natively". At least I haven't found a
way to specify that a project is an "Ant-based Java project" as opposed to a
"Java project", and for Eclipse to know it needs to get dependencies from the
build.xml file.
