[Bug-librejs] LibreJS doesn't detect Iceweasel's subscribe.js license

subscribe, which Iceweasel uses for RSS feeds, gets
blocked by LibreJS. It's found at
chrome://browser/content/feeds/subscribe.js, and the license:

It might be more useful to contact Mozilla and get then to add
@licstart and @licend tags, but if you can modify the license detection
code so that it works with subscribe.js, that might also help detect
other free Javascript that currently gets blocked.
