[Bug-librejs] LibreJS loops on nandakumar.co.in

Hello,

I have IceCat 60.3.0esr (64-bit) and LibreJS 7.18.1, running on Debian
9. I notice the CPU reaching 100% while trying to visit
https://nandakumar.co.in/ . My stating of JS licensing (which is free)
might not be in the way that LibreJS can readily detect/parse, and I can
fix it after reading the doc more seriously. But I thought I should
report this. If LibreJS can't detect my licensing, it should be blocking
my scripts, not looping.

I appreciate the work behind LibreJS, and I'd be glad if I can be of
assistance.
