inter-lib deps on gnu*

Hi,

libtool 1.3.4 and 1.3.5 drops all inter-lib deps on the Hurd (gnu*). This
is bad, because pass_all works fine, and is important for Debian GNU/Hurd
(the inter-lib deps are used to extract deps of Debian packages).

Am I interpreting this snippet from the current CVS libtool.m4 correctly,
that this is fixed?
