Hi..yeah I ran bootstrap. I'm using automake 1.4. I removed missing, but no apparent change.

That's because libltdl didn't configure.  Did you run `./bootstrap'
before starting up?  Also, remove `missing', it seems to be
incompatible with whatever version of automake you're using.
