no reference to ltconfig in document index

Hi,

While this isn't a real bug, I would like to
suggest a reference link to ``ltconfig'' in
the document index so people who wonder what
happened to it could find out from the printed
text rather than having to go into the info
program to find it (assuming they know how
to use info).  My document says ``For version
1.4.2, 10 September 2001''.  I found the
information on ltconfig I was looking for in
the section ``libtool script contents'' under
the chapter heading ``Maintenance notes for
libtool''.
