config.rpath originates from gettext. I wish to see it (together with
the autoconf macros for linking with shared libraries) in autoconf.
Akim Demaille wants to see it in libtool. But libtool's complexities
appear to be overkill to me when all that needed is _linking_with_
shared libraries.

I don't see an automated way to extract config.rpath from libtool.m4.
