Libtool 1.5 linux
Problem: $shared_ext has no value, libs are installed without .so suffix
Search on shrext and shared_ext in the mailinglist: no results.
/usr/share/aclocal/libtool.m4:
# Shared library suffix (normally ".so").
shrext='$shrext'
that should be
shared_ext='$shrext'
