libtool-1.5 problem with nativ IRIX linker and -LANG:std option

On IRIX-6.5 with native linker, libtool-1.5 do not pass the -LANG:*,
-LIST:* and -LNO:* options to the linker.
 
Here's a patch that fixe the problem.
