- Service level response times can be tracked and managed.
- Tickets are autoescalated to meet expected service levels.
- Exceeded Service Levels are escalated to management.
- Support Management is automatically notified of high priority tickets.
- Account Managers are automatically notified of all tickets.
Detailed instructions pertaining to our new keyword format are
available by typing "KEYWORDS" on the email subject line.
Even if you are already using our keyword format, please
