Yip, I got distracted by real life for a while there, but I'm starting to
flush my patch queue now, including a fix for that...

My intention was to put a client only (ie not used during the libtool build)
configure.ac back in ltdl/, but AC_WITH_LTDL is still somewhat broken wrt
recent changes in the inner workings of libltdl.  I'm testing a patch to
fix AC_WITH_LTDL right now in fact...
