Sure. I was planning to do that at the same time as releasing 1.5.26 ...

... but I can also do it before the release, if you don't mind a little
delay while I catch up on my backlog.
In the process of using gendocs, some of the other autotools' manuals
will need fixing of their links that point to Libtool's.
