So you are the first person in half a decade that claims to use pw32.
Do you *really* *actually* use pw32?  Or did you just specify that
in --host, and really you are using some MinGW/MSYS code?

I have no idea who chose pw32 here. That's what we pass for --host. But we also explicitly set CC to cl.exe and so forth. Maybe someone from Gostai can jump in.

No we don't use pw32. We force this --host as a way to tell libtool that our target system is Windows.
