Tony and I have both tried to send a bug report to address@hidden this morning 
and received amorphous bounce messages.  It looks like the message reaches 
gnu.org but then fails somewhere in internal processing.  No indication is 
given in the bounce message as to *why* the message fails to reach the list -- 
it just says "failed".  

Are there any restrictions on mails sent to this list?  I sent a plain text 
mail with 2 attachments totaling somewhere around 396kb.  Or is something wrong 
with the list itself?  (I'm sending this to the list in hopes that a plain text 
message will get through)
