Does 'ls -l --full-time' not work on Cygwin? The data is too coarse for
a good guess, unfortunately.

Still haven't, AFAICS. If they contain the signature which autobuild
looks for (see <http://autobuild.josefsson.org/README.html>), can you
hash this out with Simon (added in Cc:), please?
