It does.  See attached.

OK.  AFAICT, the proper signature (autobuild project .... foo) is
present, as are the required keywords:

configure: autobuild project... GNU Libtool
configure: autobuild revision... 2.4 ()
configure: autobuild hostname... my-windows
configure: autobuild mode... default
configure: autobuild timestamp... 20100923T201509Z

So, I'm at a loss.  I've attached the cygwin log in compressed form, so
that Simon can figure out why the auto-processing logic kicked it.
