generating shared libraries with any non-gcc fortran compiler?? |

Dear libtool team,
this is not a bug report, but a question: has anybody managed to generate
shared libraries on
a MAC OS X with a Fortran 95/03 compiler other than gfortran? If so, how? For
the two test cases
of NAG (nagfor) and PGI (pgf95) I always get the report from the AC_PROG_FC
macro that
checking whether the nagfor linker (/usr/bin/ld) supports shared libraries... no
or
checking whether the nagfor linker (nagfor) supports shared libraries... no
Any ideas? Did anybody encounter that problem yet?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers,
Juergen Reuter
