All libtool standalone test failed on a new Centos7 install 
(CentOS-7-x86_64-Minimal-1708)
Server modifications since install...
- yum update
- yum -y install gmp gmp-devel glibc-devel libgcc gcc-c++ zip bzip2 wget rsync 
m4
- perl 5-18-4 install 
  ./Configure -des -Dprefix=/usr/local/apps -Duseithreads -Duseshrplib 
-Dinc_version_list=none -Dcc=gcc 
-Accflags='-DAPPLLIB_EXP=\"/usr/local/apps/apache/lib\"'
