etf2ly problems

I actually managed to do something useful with etf2ly the other day,
but there were a couple of bugs, as well as the known
incompletenesses.

The etf file, and the PDF file that Finale gets out of it are at:

The differences I consider bugs are the missing upbeat at the
beginning of all voices, and the missing chord in the bass voice on
"Al" of "Almighty God".
