Hi,I've installed the type1 fonts from Mat's page. http://www.s3.kth.se/~matsb/lilypond/ but when I upgraded to Lilypond 1.4.10 crotchet and quaver rests no longer appear in the PDF output.
They seem fine in the DVI file as viewed from xdvi, and in the postscript generated with a `standard' dvips command, but not in one that uses the -Ppdf switch.
